Cartoon Contest

Do you have a steady hand, creative wit, and the propensity to push yourself artistically? Canby Asparagus Farm's Casa de Tamales are looking for a talent to create a cartoon to be used as a tee-shirt design. The cartoon should feature Asparagus or Tamales in some manner and feature the words "Canby Asparagus Farm" or "Casa de Tamales." Multiple entries are welcome and each piece will be graded individually. Prizes awarded to the top three entrants.

1st Place:

One dozen of any variety tamales each month for a year!

2nd Place:

One $10 gift certificate for Casa de Tamales each month for a year!

3rd Place:

$100 cash.

Submit Via E-Mail:
Shoot an email to Contest@canbyasparagusfarm.com with the subject "Cartoon Contest Submission" and the image as an attachment. The image should be at 300 dpi resolution in RGB color, with dimensions of 14" by 16" (4200 x 4800 pixels), however you're picture will be cropped to 13.75" x 15.5" (4125 x 4650 pixels). The only accepted formats are .PNG (preferred) and .JPG. The email needs to include your first and last name, a mailing address, and a phone number. Those wary of giving out their phone numbers in an e-mail may register a phone number redirect with Google Voice, and send us the redirect number. By submitting art you agree to forfeit all rights to it and all submitted pieces will become property of Canby Asparagus Farm to use, modify, and redistribute as it sees fit.
